Summary judgment won for breach of a patent license in favor of the patent owner

Firm member, Fritz L. Schweitzer III, and Fritz L. Schweitzer, Jr. won an order finding a patent licensee liable for breach of contract for failing to pay royalties on sales of products covered by the patent. The court adopted the patent claim construction presented by the attorneys, on behalf of the patent owner. The order of the Court resulted in a settlement of the lawsuit in favor of the patent owner.
