SSJR obtains ruling of infringement on summary judgment against OttLite Technologies, Inc.

On June 11, 2010 SSJR prevailed on its Motion for Summary Judgment of Infringement for its client Verilux, Inc. Federal District Court for the Middle District of Florida stating that the offer for sale and sale of the OttLite 3-in-1 Craft Lamp by OttLite Technologies, Inc. infringes claims of U.S. Patent No. 7,484,867.
