SSJR obtained a favorable decision in a UDRP domain name arbitration proceeding, ordering a transfer of two internet domain names, been—verified.com and been-verified.net, to its client BeenVerified, Inc. The National Arbitration Forum agreed with SSJR’s arguments and concluded that the domains in question are confusingly similar to Complainant’s BeenVerified® trademark, and that the registrant does not have any legitimate rights in the domains and has registered them in bad faith.
