Mr. Schweitzer's practice is directed primarily toward patent prosecution and enforcement, counseling and opinions relating to issues of patent validity and infringement, and licensing of various intellectual property rights. He has an extensive background in mechanical and electro-mechanical devices, and machinery of all kinds. Mr. Schweitzer represents one of the world's premier construction toy manufacturers, managing a worldwide network of patents and trademarks. He also represents some of the nation’s leading manufacturers of textile processing machinery, point-of-purchase display equipment, industrial flooring, and pneumatic gripping and sealing systems. He has successfully litigated patent and trademark cases, and has served as arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association relating to intellectual property matters.
