Stephen Kulhanek


Mr. Kulhanek practices in all areas of intellectual property law, focusing on patent prosecution and litigation. Mr. Kulhanek works in a variety of fields, ranging from electrical and mechanical devices to cosmetic products and footwear.

Mr. Kulhanek received his law degree in 2017 from St. John’s University School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Kulhanek served as an Associate Managing Editor of the St. John’s Law Review. Mr. Kulhanek also served as a judicial intern to The Honorable Denis R. Hurley in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.

Prior to law school, Mr. Kulhanek received his Bachelors of Science degree in Physics from Fairfield University. Mr. Kulhanek also worked as a land surveyor in New York, where he is a professionally licensed land surveyor. He is also a licensed private pilot.
