SSJR Successfully Appeals Rejection of a Patent Application for an Endoscope for Fixing Optical Fibers Therein

SSJR succeeded in securing a Notice of Allowance of all pending Claims of a patent application directed to an Endoscope for Fixing Optical Fibers Therein. Upon receiving a Final Rejection from the USPTO, SSJR filed an Appeal Brief and successfully convinced the Examiner, prior to submitting an Examiner’s Answer, to withdraw the rejections and issue an Notice of Allowance of all claims in the application. Patent issuance is expected in due course.
