St. Onge IP Prevails in U.S. Trademark Opposition on Behalf of Its Client, MDM Products LLC

Gene Winter, Samantha Gerold and AnneMarie Cheverko of St. Onge IP prevailed in a trademark opposition proceeding on behalf of its client, MDM Products LLC, owner of the RHINO SHELTER® trademark. The United States Trademark Office entered a Decision against Qingdao Maipengla International Trade Co, Ltd.   and refused registration of “GUARD RHINO” for conflicting Class 022 goods.
